Store Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been received, we will begin to process the order. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will be shipped during normal business hours Monday - Friday. We will not ship anything out on the weekends or on a holiday. 

We offer a flat rate shipping charge and we will be using either USPS or UPS ground to ship your package. We will not be using FedEx. Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive once shipped, although it may arrive sooner. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first e-mail us within 7 days of receipt. We will require photos of the damage to the item and photos of the package in which the order arrived in. If you are getting an exchange, you must first return the damaged item to us before we mail out the replacement. You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees to return the item. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the order.
